Despite missing Nathan and Ryan Brown, Daryl Tuffey and Luke Heagney, the Panthers chased down the home team's score of 174 with 6.1 overs to spare.
Opener Matt Sharp put the match beyond doubt with a superb 96 off 107 deliveries.
Skipper Michael Galvin said Lavington had lifted its game in recent weeks after a disappointing start to the season.
"We had a pretty big chat three weeks ago after we lost to Belvoir," Galvin said.
"I think we saw the season wasn't going where we wanted it to go and we still had time to turn it around if we wanted.
"We had a good win against Wodonga Raiders, we looked in a good position last weekend against East Albury and thankfully we were able to get the win against North Albury.
"It was awesome to knock off a quality side like North Albury."
Sharp, who has made 240 runs, hit 17 boundaries and put on handy partnerships with Matt Tom and Chris Galvin to set up the win.
Joel Felmingham made the most of his promotion from second grade to post 24.
"He's (Sharp) one of the best bats I've ever seen," Galvin said.
"He's just so calm.
"North Albury were going pretty hard at him for most of his innings and he just loves to bat.
"He's such a good influence on our group when he's out in the middle."
St Patrick's batsman Eddie Keogh hit two runs to long on off the final ball to tie their clash against Wodonga Raiders at Xavier Oval.
The Patties needed 10 off the final over.
Skipper Dean Nicholson admitted the result left a flat feeling in the home team's camp.
"It probably feels like a loss," Nicholson said.
"Wodonga Raiders bowled tight and played well but we dropped five or six catches and shot ourselves in the foot a bit.
"Full credit to the Raiders though."
Jesse Griffiths top-scored for Wodonga Raiders with 89 before being ran out when the ball deflected off Nicholson's hand at the bowlers end and hit the stumps with him out of his crease.
Belvoir defeated Tallangatta, Albury had the answers against East Albury and Tom Johnson led Wodonga to a big victory over New City.
