The crash occurred on Irrigation Way, about 10 kilometres outside of Leeton heading towards Griffith around 11.30am on Tuesday.
A 44-year-old male driver was behind the wheel of a Mitsubishi utility on this stretch of road when it lost control, veering onto the incorrect side of the road, narrowly missing another vehicle in the process.
Police from the Murrumbidgee district said the Mitsubishi continued off the road before rolling over.

The driver exited the vehicle and was assisted by members of the public and police until an ambulance arrived.
He was taken to hospital to receive treatment, but police said his injuries were believed to be non-life threatening at this stage.
Police have urged drivers to be safe on the roads as the festive season ramps up and more vehicles are on the road.
