The under 13, 14 and 15 sides posted eight wins across the three grades after managing two in the inaugural competition last year.
"From where we were last year to now is a massive, massive leap," Riverina regional coach Sam O'Connor said.
"All six coaches were exceptionally pleased with the progress and development of the boys."
The Cods posted three wins from six matches in the under-15s with Wodonga Raiders opener Kane Scott and captain Phoenix Gothard leading the way with the bat.
Corowa's Jay Lavis and St Patrick's Josh Murphy were named in the Country Thunder South West side to play in the State Challenge under 14 side.
Rain affected play on the opening and final day of the carnival.
