Steven Phillip Watson, 33, is facing multiple charges following an investigation by the Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team.

Investigators searched Watson's Wodonga home on December 22 and arrested the 33-year-old.
Police said he was charged with using a carriage service to groom a child under 16 for sexual activity, four counts of using a carriage service to solicit child pornography, two counts of using a carriage service to solicit child abuse material and multiple weapons offences.

He was released on bail after his arrest and faced the Wodonga Magistrates Court on Monday.
The matter was a filling hearing to set a timetable to progress the case.
The prosecution must serve a brief of evidence by February 25, followed by a committal mention on April 8.
Watson's bail was extended.
Police did not oppose the 33-year-old's bail being continued.
Watson, who appeared in court on a video link with a long ginger beard and black glasses, wearing a blue shirt, was largely silent during the matter.
He was represented by lawyer Jonathan Brancato.
It's unclear if the matter will again be run in the online court, or in person, when Watson returns on April 8.
The court has been run online in recent months due to COVID-19 and it remains unclear when in-person appearances will resume.
