The Department of Health and Human Services reported that in the 24 hours to midnight, the state's locally acquired cases rose by three.
There are now 38 known active cases overall in Victoria. On Monday there were 36 active cases in the state.
More than 32,540 results were received on Monday, following a few big testing days.
In Wodonga, 136 tests were conducted on Monday.
