Corryong Health has organised for the AFL great to speak at a function to be held at the Corryong Recreation Reserve.
Schwass is a passionate advocate of mental health after he announced in 2006 that he had suffered from depression during his successful AFL career.
Corryong football club president Owen Johnstone said the focus of the night was about bringing the community together.
"We just want anyone who is interested to come along and have a great social night," Johnstone said.
"Wayne has a fascinating story to tell and it should be an entertaining night for everybody."

Entry is $5 with a meet and greet at 3pm and the presentation starting at 7pm.
