East Albury teenager Coby Fitzsimmons' second century of the summer realistically ended Tallangatta's season on Saturday.
The 17-year-old struck 101 from 126 deliveries, including eight boundaries and a six, as the Crows posted 5-246 before dismissing the Bushies for 184.
"He's incredibly hard working and the rewards come on the back of that effort," captain Brett Davies offered.
"He's starting to learn his own game and he's been more and more consistent at both club and rep level, he's doing a superb job for us, I'm incredibly proud of him."
The home team's win also reduced the deficit to ladder leaders North Albury to three points after the latter lost to St Patrick's.
Fitzsimmons was Riverina's standout player in the Country Colts (under 18) carnival held on the Border last week.
"As a young bloke, he spent a lot of time playing all the shots and he's experienced some first grade cricket at a young age and it's a bit of a baptism of fire and you learn really quickly," Davies suggested.
The powerful right-hander posted a 95-run opening stand with Austin Shepherd, who was playing just his third first grade match for the season.
"He's played a fair bit of second grade and just piled on the runs, so he deserves his opportunity, he's shown he's got the class to perform at first grade level," Davies said.
"He's brilliant in the field, he's definitely someone we can invest in in the future."
Shepherd fell for 51, with Fitzsimmons' older brother Liam then combining in a 109-run stand for the third wicket.
"Everyone on the sideline had goosebumps, Liam's an exceptional player in his own right, unfortunately he gets hampered by injury quite a bit," Davies said.
"Both the Fitzsimmons boys work harder than anyone else."
Liam blasted 55 from 59 balls, including five boundaries and a six.
Lachie Paton was the only multiple wicket-taker with 3-35.
