The experienced Border competitor has partnered Patrick Fitzgerald, the son of Australian tennis great, John, at this week's event at Wodonga Tennis Centre, with the pair storming through to the final with two big wins on Friday.
Third seeds Culph and Fitzgerald made light work of quarter-final opponents Sean Flanagan and Anjay Zazulak, 6-3, 6-1, and backed it up shortly after against number five seeds Sean Van Rensburg and Hamish Crawford in the semi-final, 7-6, 6-1, to progress to the decider.

"Conditions were very tricky out there with the wind, so I really just wanted to keep things simple out there and make a lot of first serves and first volleys," Culph said.
"The first set (in the semi-final) was pretty tight, but we played a great tiebreaker at 6-6 to close that out.
"In the second set, we really hit the spot on the serves and I think the pressure we'd built up over time really wore the other guys down and we were able to close it out pretty comfortably."
Fitzgerald was set to play alongside 16-time grand slam doubles champion Todd Woodbridge at last week's Margaret Court Cup in Albury before border rules prevented him entry into NSW.
"It's the first time Patrick and I have played together," Culph said.
"He actually asked me to play with him at the Margaret Court Cup, but that day Leon Hemmings actually asked me to play.
"I was really only going to concentrate on the singles because it was my first competitive tennis for probably 12 months and I wasn't sure how I'd go with the workload.
"Todd Woodbridge was going to come and Todd was going to take my spot (laughs).
"As it turned out, some guys didn't come across for this event and Patrick was without a partner and I was too, so we thought here's our chance to team up and play some doubles and it's worked out well."
Culph and Fitzgerald will face eighth seeds Charlie Camus and Marcus Nield in the final at 10.30am.
Earlier in the day. Fitzgerald fell to number one seed Van Rensburg in an epic semi-final in the open men's singles 6-3, 3-6, 10-8.
Van Rensburg faces David Hough for the title after he downed fourth seed Darcy Nicholls, 6-3, 6-2.
The women's final sees Jane Haeusler take on Zali Morris.
Haeusler needed a super tiebreak to find a way past sixth seed Nicole Mullen, 6-4, 2-6, 10-5, while Morris saw off Breanna Cerasa in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3.
Both singles matches are scheduled to start at 9am.
