It will mark Keen's fifth season at the helm, after no games were played in the Ovens and Murray League last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Benalla export coached the club to its first A-grade netball flag in 2018.
Lou Byrne has also retained her role as mentor coach for the club, while premiership A-grade player Chaye Crimmins is set to lead B-grade.

Wangaratta will be looking to clench their third consecutive flag, with the missed season leaving them as the competition's reigning premiers for another year.
