A fundraiser has been launched for a grandmother who lost everything in a house fire in Thurgoona last weekend.

The 82-year-old managed to escape the burning home after a friend drove past and alerted her to the blaze.
The house was gutted, with damage to nearly every item inside the house.
While the home was insured, the contents weren't.
The house not only contained a lifetime of memories, which were destroyed, the 82-year-old's life savings in cash was burnt.
Her granddaughter, Natasha Sandland, launched a gofundme page this week to support Mrs Talmage.
"She lost everything, apart from what she had on her back," she said.
"She's still spinning, I guess you could say.
"She's just gutted, she doesn't know whether she's coming or going.
"We're just trying to work together to help her move forward."
When asked about QLD Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk's desire for JobKeeper support to be extended Ms Berejiklian said the state had been hampered by its own border closure.
"The whole point that NSW has been so strong in keeping borders open within Australia is to prevent exactly what the Queensland Premier is now complaining about," she said.
"When you unnecessarily close borders you lose jobs, you create hardship, you impact people's mental health and wellbeing.
"There is no reason why certain premiers move too quickly in shutting out NSW. There is nowhere in the state that is a hot spot and even if there was why should people from other parts of the state be prevented from moving freely.
"She is now the victim of a policy she put in place herself.

Ms Talmage has been staying with her son in Jindera and her family hopes to find her a unit and buy essential items.
"We're just trying to focus on Nan and get her set up again, and make sure she's okay," Ms Sandland said.
"That's our main focus and priority."
While the fundraiser has only generated a few hundred dollars so far, the aim is to raise $10,000.
"We mainly just want to replace the essentials, get a bed, a washing machine and a couch to sit on," Ms Sandland said.
"She was one of those nannas who had her life savings in the house.
"She's got nothing to fall back on."
