The club was forced to postpone the celebrations for 12 months after COVID-19 wiped out the season last year.
The Saints captured their only flag in 1970 under coach Martin Cross after joining the Ovens and Murray league in 1950.
The club was expecting more than 300 people to attend the reunion last year before it was cancelled.
Former coach Michael Quirk said the club was still unsure on what impact COVID-19 restrictions would have on the celebrations.
"We are not exactly sure what type of function will be best to mark the occasion," Quirk said.
"But we wanted to give people who are interested in attending a date so they can keep that weekend free of other commitments.
"So we have decided on May 1 which coincides with a home match against Wodonga Raiders.
"We were bitterly disappointed that we couldn't mark the occasion last year because of COVID-19 because we had more that 300 people set to attend.
"So it was going to be a huge occasion for the club."
After making the preliminary final two years ago, the Saints are expected to be a genuine flag contender this season.
They host North Albury for their season opener on Easter Sunday with boom recruit Dawson Simpson set to make his debut for the Saints.
