A worker connected with Melbourne's hotel quarantine program was diagnosed very late on Sunday night with COVID-19.
Tracing teams were still to establish how she contracted the virus yesterday morning given that all infection control measures appeared to have been followed.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Authorities added the woman's case to official totals released on Twitter this morning.
Authorities were also yet to confirm everyone connected to locations a separate hotel quarantine worker visited last week before being diagnosed with COVID-19.
About 80 per cent of people tested during that blitz had received results back.
None had contracted the virus by Monday morning.
