Simmons described the match as a "free hit" for the country competition and said he couldn't be happier with his 12-man line-up.
CAW Hume lost to Wagga by 35 runs in December, 2019.
"I don't think anyone will give us a chance again but I'm not too worried about that," Simmons said.
"Everyone has put their hand up and is ready to go.
I don't think anyone will give us a chance again but I'm not too worried about that.

"We've got a good bunch of cricketers.
"I think 90 per cent could play in town so we just need to set ourselves for the task and take it from there."
The winner of Sunday's clash at Wagga's Robertson Oval will play CAW for the O'Farrell Cup.
CAW Hume will be at full strength with key players including The Rock-Yerong Creek's Todd Hannam, Brock-Burrum's Darcy I'Anson and Rand's Mark Kreutzberger making themselves available.
While Wagga will start raging favourites, Simmons' side will be buoyed by the Holbrook and District association's thrilling victory over Wagga at Robertson Oval in 2018.
Holbrook won the clash by three wickets to hold the O'Farrell Cup over winter.
The win came only months after the Border Bullets were humiliated by the Wagga Sloggers
