Dunn was again arrested on Wednesday and charged with breaching a personal safety intervention order following an alleged incident with his neighbours.
If proven, the charge would allegedly breach a Supreme Court corrections order.
He didn't apply for bail in the Wangaratta Magistrates Court on Thursday and will return on March 25.
