The Hume association club is set to host a junior round-robin doubles event on March 7, followed by its annual mixed doubles tournament on March 14.
A strong field usually contests the open mixed event, with grades one to five also catered for.
Burrumbuttock Tennis Club president Maurice Tynan expects around 70 players to take part in both tournaments.
ALSO IN SPORT:
"The mixed tournament has been going for around 30 years and it's one of the bigger tournaments in the Hume region," Tynan said.
"The junior tournament is mainly there to give country players a chance to compete against one another.
"We're the only club in the Hume tennis that's running a tournament at the moment, so it will be pretty popular.
"Last year we just scraped it in with COVID, the next day everything was locked down, so hopefully this year we'll get more of a free run.
"At this stage everything is okay."
The cost of the junior event is $10 and caters for boys and girls in the under-10s, 12s and 14s age groups, with all entries to Ash Lindner on 0458 293 328.
Entries for the mixed tournament are to go to Maurice Tynan on 0419 416 151.
Cost is $12 and includes morning and afternoon tea, with lunch available.
Winners and runner-up prizes are also up for grabs.
Both days start at 9am.
