Ovens and Murray, Tallangatta and Hume league netballers are expected to make the most of Albury Netball Association's preseason competition again this year.
There have been 42 teams register for the competition, which will run for four weeks at Albury's J.C King Park commencing on Thursday, February 25.
The round robin, coordinated by Albury Netball life member Lee Shipard, has been used in previous years as a way for clubs to get match practice before their seasons begin.
Despite players not hitting the courts last year, Albury Netball Association secretary Leonie Mooney said registrations were on par with previous years.

"It's traditionally a good competition for football and netball club teams," she said.
"We ran a six week competition last year just to get people back on the court and that was really successful."
Victoria's snap COVID-19 lockdown saw Albury's Monday night competition postponed this week, with players and umpires who reside south of the Border unable to participate.
An additional week will be added onto the end of the competition.
Albury's representative teams are now in training for their first tournament in April.
The youngsters recently had the opportunity to hear from Vixen turned Magpie Jacqui Newton.
"She (Newton) came and spoke to the girls about her experiences from when she played rep netball with Albury, through to where she is now and the challenges and opportunities she's had," Mooney said.
