Emergency services rushed to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on the Hume Highway, two kilometres south of Holbrook, at about 5.30am on Saturday morning.
A Transport Management Centre spokesperson said diversions were put in place while first responders worked to free a trapped person.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"We had two people taken to Albury Base Hospital," they said.
"Two males in their 30s were in a two-vehicle accident. One person had lower leg injuries."
After four hours, the Hume Highway was open in both lanes once the clean up and vehicle salvage had been completed.
