Middle order batsman Brent de Vries struck his first half-century of the season with an unbeaten 66, while openers Fitzsimmons (31) and Austin Shepherd (30) combined in a classy 57-run stand.
White's in his second season after arriving from Toowoomba in Queensland, where he played A grade as an opening batsman.
"We've got a good bunch of players here at the moment, at the age of 32, if I wasn't enjoying it, I wouldn't be playing," he explained.
The Crows finished fifth and will start outsiders in Saturday's away qualifying final against Lavington.
Elsewhere, Albury is home to Corowa in its maiden final.
