Stronger than 12 months ago? "Everyone's now had 12 months off. However, the enthusiasm and comradery from the girls is amazing. I think we'll have more depth," Brown said.
Coaches comment: "Grace and I are so excited to be this year's A and B coaches. We truly believe we have a chance to challenge teams and it's really exciting to see how enthusiastic the girls are," Brown said.

CULCAIRN
Coach: Gabrielle Gibbons.
Gains: Montanna Moore, Phoebe Crilly, Darcie Badger, Claudia Wright, Brigette Murphy, Carly Burns, Sarah O'Keeffe, Alex Gale.

Stronger than 12 months ago? "I hope so. After a year off it might be a bit hard fitness-wise to get back into it. Trials went well and we're looking good," Gibbons said.
Coaches comment: "It's a really good environment to play netball and I'm looking forward to what the season brings," Gibbons said.

Stronger than 12 months ago? "I think we're about the same. We've got some fresh players and versatility should be our strength," Hibberson said.
Coaches comment: "Our girls have formed a really strong bond already. They're so upbeat and just looking forward to the season," Hibberson said.

HOWLONG
Coach: Emma Pargeter.
Gains: Samantha Way (Rutherglen), Georgina McLeod (Finley), Brooke Cannon (returning).
Losses: Annabelle McGee (Queensland), Ebony Hoskin (cricket), Gemma Coburn, Tahnee Thorpe.
Stronger than 12 months ago? "I'm really pleased with the side. We have a great mix of new and previous players and I'm really impressed with how they've gelled already," Pargeter said.
Coaches comment: "I think last year showed the important role sport plays in physical and mental health and I can't wait to see everyone back on the court," Pargeter said.
JINDERA
Coach: Tegan Vogel.
Gains: Tegan and Tayla Vogel, Sam Creasey, Sharla Sutcliffe, Chelsea Burns.
Losses: Sarah Krause.
Stronger than 12 months ago? "I think we'll be on par. Sarah is a big loss, but Sharla is also a great gain in our goal end." Vogel said.
Coaches comment: "I'm looking forward to seeing how the season will play out. We're lucky to have a lot of versatility and all of the girls are excited to hit the court," Vogel said.
LOCKHART
Coach: Jemima Norbury.
Gains: Olivia Lang (North Wagga), Ruby Bouffler.

Stronger than 12 months ago? "I think so. Everyone's work ethic seems to have increased after having the year off," Norbury said.
Coaches comment: "I'm just excited to be a part of a new league and see what it's all about. Getting on the court is the biggest plus," Norbury said.

MURRAY MAGPIES
Coach: Keira Nicholson.

Stronger than 12 months ago? "Yeah I think we will be. We did a long preseason and kept in contact, so we've probably bonded a bit quicker," Nicholson said.

OSBORNE
