
Extinction Rebellion members will protest in front of Environment Minister Sussan Ley's office on Monday to "symbolically show the inadequacy of the LNP's climate policy".
The climate activists will gather from 1pm at the Kiewa Street office to call on all political parties to "develop and implement policies to address the climate crisis".

In February 2020, prior to the Australia outbreak of COVID-19 and just after the Back Summer bushfires, the group set up a faux-lemonade-cum-oxygen stand and donned facemasks to protest in front of the Member for Farrer's office.
At the time, event organiser Georgie Mackintosh said "the catastrophic conditions our country has experienced this summer is a direct result of over 10 years of inaction and denial on climate change from the government."
