Tuffey announced his retirement following Saturday's win over North Albury while Galvin will play full-time for Sydney club Northern Districts.
Skipper Michael Galvin said it had been a huge effort by his brother to travel back from Sydney this season.
"I think he's pretty keen to play in Sydney next year, so maybe the last time we ever play together, to finish like this is really special," Galvin said.
"It means the world, he's made a lot of sacrifices, he lives in Sydney so to come back and commit to the season, it means a lot."

With Tuffey and Galvin moving on, Lavington is likely to promote youth with Oscar Lyons, Brady Marshall and Eddy Schultheis set to be given opportunities next season.
"We have some really good kids coming up," Galvin said.
