The men held off Twin City 2-1, while Boomers' women eliminated Albury Hotspurs with a 3-2 victory.
Boomers grabbed an early advantage in the men's fixture when Noah Spiteri got in behind the Wanderers' defence and earned a penalty after he was brought down by goalkeeper Tal Wilson.
Spiteri stepped up to the spot and converted and just two minutes later the lead was doubled when Kye Halloway kept his feet and slotted a classy goal on his left.
Twin City captain Cayne Wilhelm found a response in the 20th minute as his strike took a deflection and found the bottom corner past Boomers' keeper Matt Mildren.
No further goals were scored in the second half as Boomers won through to the last eight of the tournament.

Less than two minutes later, Bettina Schilg fired from long range to equalise for Boomers.
Scores were locked at half-time, but it was Lauren Antonello who gave Boomers the lead early in the second stanza after she finished a counter attack.
Jess Briggs got Spurs back on level terms after 63 minutes, but a second from Antonello sealed the result for Boomers at the death.
