Police stopped a 22-year-old driver for a random breath test on a Hume Highway on ramp about 11pm on Saturday.
She undertook the test and was charged with low-range drink driving.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Her 25-year-old passenger became agitated at the officers and made threats.
He was arrested at the scene before being taken to the station and charged with intimidating police.
