Aidan Johnson produced a performance that will have every club on edge after booting a best on ground five goals.
Johnson was outstanding in his debut year in 2019, but he's returned even fitter and stronger and capable of tearing any team apart.
His second half display was sensational, grabbing marks and nailing shots with that nice technique.
In more positive news, fellow guns Nick Meredith and Marty Brennan were also superb, while Josh Klemke, captain Luke Garland and Brant Dickson featured as well.
And Nico Sedgwick took a mark of the year contender in the final quarter, sitting on big Isaac Muller's shoulders.
The Panthers were missing coach Simon Curtis, who pulled up tight from the Yarrawonga game six days earlier, while ruckman Tim Hanna had an issue with a cut on his knee.
It's expected both will face Myrtleford away.
Underrated defender Lachie Gaffney also injured his shoulder during the match.
Raiders landed just four goals and now have only nine for the two games.
Their average losing margin is 77 points, albeit against red-hot competition favourites Wangaratta and now the premiers.
Big man Scott Meyer was their best, while midfielder Steve Jolliffe and defender Lachie Flagg also played well.
