Albury Local Court magistrate Miranda Moody convicted Liam James Singh this week, putting him on a 12-month community corrections order for intimidation.

He was fined $200 on each of two charges of using a carriage service to to menace, harass or offend.
Singh, 18, pleaded guilty, with the stalking having involved him parking his car all day close to the 17-year-old girl's home on January 31 and again over the following two days.
The girl was also forced to block Singh because of the messages he sent via the Snapchat and Instagram mobile phone applications.
Singh, who has a range of mental health issues, mistakenly sent messages to a friend of the victim, including ones reading "I miss you" and "send me tit pics".
