Owen rated the bold front-runner to perfection over the mile and pinched a six-length break on his rivals mid-race.
The bold tactics proved to be a race winning move as Narmarari cruised to a two-and-a-half length victory in the Leeton feature.
Narmarari enhanced his consistent record after three wins and five minor placings since joining the stable in Novemeber 2020.
Dale said it was satisfying to add another country cup to the stables resume.
"He loves to be out bowling along at his own tempo and when not hassled, he's always going to be hard to beat," Dale said.
Dale boasts a strong recent record in the Leeton feature after also winning the race with Biding Time in 2018.
The stable is enjoying its best season since relocating to Wangaratta with 15 wins.
