Malthouse will give an insight into his VFL-AFL career as both a player and coach, along with a question and answer session.
The Richmond premiership player, West Coast and Collingwood premiership coach was also honoured as All-Australian coach on two occasions and coached the Australian International Rules team twice.
Koutoufides will also reflect on his experience at the game's highest level with Carlton.
Known as "The Greek God", Koutoufides featured in Carlton's 1995 premiership side, earned All-Australian honours twice, was a two-time club best and fairest and captained the Blues from 2004 to 2006.
