A Wodonga teenager who sprayed graffiti in 11 different locations - including on two cars - has been placed on diversion.
The boy faced court on Tuesday after targeting the Wodonga racecourse, a Caltex fence, bus shelter, letterbox, security camera and cars last November.
He sprayed his initials in red paint at some places and was quickly arrested.
The 17-year-old was also found with stolen power tools and marijuana.
IN OTHER NEWS:
He had told police he was keen to be arrested, which the court heard was a circuit breaker for the youth.
A magistrate said a diversion could be a chance for the boy to change his ways.
He has already managed to turn this around.
Diversions, if completed, allow people to avoid convictions.
