Chief operations officer Emma Poland said in line with the federal government's vaccination program the clinic would have limited walk-in appointments for over-50s from 10am to 12pm, and 1pm to 3pm from Monday.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"From Tuesday, we would ask people to make bookings by phoning the Victorian Coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398," she said.
"For those who do come in Monday, there might be some waiting time, but we will ensure we attend to people as soon as possible."
The AstraZeneca vaccine will be prioritised for people aged 50 years and over.
