It was Hensel's second win in the Albury and District Bowling Association's top award in the past three seasons.
Holbrook's Peter Stead was the standout bowler in grade four.
Oaklands' Ron Bonat added another honour to his impressive list as the top bowler in grade five.
North Albury's Adam Hanns won the grade six Bowler of the Year for the first time.
The grade seven award went to Henty's John Kilo, who was instrumental in the Swampies' pennant victory in that division.
Two hundred guests attended the event, which was forced to be cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions.
