Powell missed last weekend's clash against Beechworth with hamstring tightness.
Bombers coach Damien Jones said it was more a precautionary measure.
"Elliott just had a week off with a bit of hamstring tightness but I'm confident he will play Saturday."
The Bombers sit outside the top-five on percentage with a 3-2 record.

"We are travelling alright but were nowhere near our best in the first two rounds against Yackandandah and Chiltern," he said.
"But on exposed form, a lot of sides will struggle to beat both of them.
"Elliott and I thought we were in both those matches and we should be close to full-strength in the coming weeks.
