Building waste to grass trimmers have been discarded by the roadside in a case of illegal dumping in Table Top.
The dumping near Gerogery Road was reported to Albury Police at the weekend.
While there was a 34 per cent increase in incidents reported by NSW councils during the height of COVID-19 pandemic, recent reporting has levelled out.
On-the-spot fines for illegal dumping can range from $7500 for individuals to $15,000 for corporations.
EPA NSW investigates environmental issues caused by dumping through its regional illegal dumping squads and councils receive reports for other dumping.
To report an incident that is not an emergency, contact Albury Council on (02) 6023 8111.
