Stean Nicholls auctioneer Jack Stean was bombarded with bids the moment he opened the auction for the Finch Court property before eventually selling for $1,045,000.
The property was up for grabs when bidding hit $950,000 before three parties then dueled for the prize.
Stean Nicholls also recently sold another prestigious Easternview Estate property in Grandview Terrace post an auction in mid-April.
The Finch Court address previously sold in 2015 for $550,000.
Meanwhile, 51 acres of rural land in Stoneleigh Lane, Splitters Creek was passed in at an auction conducted by Brian Unthank Real Estate on Saturday.
