Wangaratta premiership player Chaye Crimmins is easing her way back into netball after missing the start of the season with an ankle injury.

After assisting B-grade since round four, Crimmins was finally able to rejoin her A-grade Pies teammates for their recent win against Wodonga.
"On the weekend I was able to come back into the A-grade side, which was awesome to be back on the court with them," Crimmins said.
"It's worked out well, I've been able to get some court fitness up."

Youngster Ebony Norris has joined the senior side after working her way up through the club's juniors.
"She's showing everyone what she can do," Crimmins said.
"We've had a few young players in B-grade who have been playing well and have been given the opportunity to sit on the bench for A-grade."
Wangaratta currently holds second position after six wins and one loss.
