The visitors finished the game 32-goals ahead of the Lions at Culcairn, in what was a standout performance by defender Sophie Parker.
"She had an outstanding game and read the play really well," Holbrook coach Jarrod Hibberson said.
"Her pressure one-on-one was really good."
Parker was well supported by fellow defender Tayla Byrne, while Kelly Boers' accuracy in goals also aided the side.
Young gun Lara Pardey stepped up from the under-17s in the final quarter to get a taste of A-grade.
"She stepped on the court and played so well," Hibberson said.

"We switched it around and they all gelled really well," he said.
"It doesn't matter which position we put them in, which is great.
"It's nice to see the girls working well together."
