The star forward has only played two matches so far due to work commitments.
Cook played in the season opener against Chiltern before making a return against Wodonga Saints before last weekend's bye.
Tiger president Chris Peirce said he expected Cook to play a major role in the Tigers' flag assault.
"Cookie has indicated he should be available most weeks for the rest of the season," Peirce said.
The goal-kicking title looks set to be hotly contested with the top-ten separated by 11 goals.
Star Swans Mark Doolan and Ethan Boxall lead the goalkicking with 27 and 25 goals, respectively.
Doolan has been a revelation in attack as a permanent forward and instrumental in the Swans' lofty position on top of the ladder.
Boxall has also been an asset in attack since returning from Wodonga Raiders.
