Ben Kennedy's matter was briefly listed in court on Friday.
No bail application was made.
The case will return to court on Monday.
EARLIER: An Albury man has been arrested after allegedly trying to outrun police on a stolen motorbike in Wodonga.
Police tried to intercept the motorcycle rider on Moorefield Park Drive about 11.30pm on Thursday.
The 34-year-old man refused to stop and mounted a curb in an attempt to avoid officers.
The bike slid out on wet grass and crashed to the ground.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The man ran and was arrested after a short foot chase.
Checks showed the bike he was riding was stolen.
He was charged and remanded in custody.
He will appear in the Wodonga Magistrates Court on Friday.
