His home town may have been in lockdown, but Cobram's Gianluca Iannucci kept them smiling as he made his A-League debut for Melbourne Victory on Friday night.
The 19-year-old striker came on as a substitute in Victory's comprehensive 6-1 win against Western United at AAMI Park to become the first Cobram Roar player to feature in Australia's top competition.
Roar president Paul Bovalina said it was a great moment for the club.

"There's a lot of interest in the club, and, because it's a small community, everyone knows the family and saw him coming up through the junior ranks," he said.
"His family is still heavily involved in the club, his dad is a junior coach and his mum is a team manager."
Iannucci, an Australian under-20 representative, had four years at Melbourne City before his switch to Victory.
