
Millions of dollars will be spent on bushfire recovery projects announced for the North East.
The Mitta Valley Mountain Bike Park, community halls in Tawonga, Corryong, Tallangatta and Harrietville, the Corryong Bowls Club and Myrtleford Recreation Reserve will undergo upgrades.
Fire impacted drainage lines in the Upper Murray will also be fixed, improvements will be made at the Cudgewa School Park, and the waterslide on the Ovens River at Bright will be replaced.

"This funding allows councils, community members and local business groups to shape the long-term recovery of Victoria's bushfire-affected regions," Emergency Management Minister David Littleproud said on Monday.
"Communities have suffered due to drought, bushfire and COVID, and the Local Economic Recovery program is about creating jobs, improving infrastructure, backing businesses, and supporting communities to become more resilient to disasters in the future."
