The league dodged a major curve ball on Wednesday with the easing of restrictions in regional Victoria allowing Victorian based players to travel outside a 5km radius of their home address.
With approximately 30 Victorian based players in the competition, many sides faced the prospect of fielding depleted sides if restrictions in regional Victoria hadn't been eased.
CDHBU and Billabong Crows would have been among the hardest hit.
The Power have more than a dozen Victorian based players including co-coaches Mick Collins and John Pratt alongside assistant coach Corey Smith.
CDHBU lodged a formal request with the league to have their match on Saturday against Osborne transferred to the league's next general bye on July 3.

Billabong Crows were also contemplating a similar request.
I'Anson said the league was committed to forging ahead with the rest of the season.
"It's business as usual," I'Anson said.
"As a league we are committed to playing the rest of the season as normal.
"We only intend to stop playing if instructed to by the NSW government."
The league had completed seven rounds before last weekend's general bye.
The constitution states a finals series can be completed once each side has played each other once with round 11 on June 26 completing a full round.
