After uncertainty due to Victoria's lockdown, an easing of restrictions in regional Victoria has allowed for youngsters to play in the carnival at J.C King Park this Sunday.
Originally set to host 67 teams across under-11s, under-13s, under-15s and under-17s, they will now see 53 teams take to the courts, with half of those based on the border.
There has been 11 teams from Melbourne who have had to withdraw due to the extended lockdown.

"We're comfortable that we'll be able to run on Sunday," rep coordinator Leonie Mooney said.
The North East Association Championships are also scheduled to be held in Albury on June 27.
"We're still waiting for confirmation on that one," Mooney said.
"We're hoping that that date will still be fine."
