Anyone who attended Gillenbah's Caltex Narrandera at the corner of the Sturt and Newell highways on June 1 from 10.30am to 11am must immediately get tested and isolate until they receive further information from NSW Health.
Narrandera residents have been urged to keep an eye out for cold-like symptoms and get COVID-19 tested if they develop even the mildest signs of illness.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"NSW Health has been advised by Queensland Health that a confirmed case of COVID-19 travelled through regional NSW while potentially infectious from June 1 to June 5," a NSW Health statement said.
"The case drove from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, stopping at places in Gillenbah, Forbes, Dubbo and Moree and signed in to several venues using QR codes.
"Anyone who attended [exposure site] venues at the times listed must immediately get tested and isolate until you receive further information from NSW Health."
NSW Health said it was continuing to investigate the movements of this case in regional NSW and its list of venues and times will be updated.
"Anyone who lives in or has visited these areas since June 1, is asked to be especially vigilant for the onset of even the mildest of cold-like symptoms, and is urged to come forward for testing immediately if they appear, then isolate until a negative result is received," an NSW Health statement said.
The Murrumbidgee Local Health District said the Laverty Pathology Testing Clinic located at the Caltex in Gillenbah will be open for testing every day from 8am to 6pm.
Appointments to get a test are not necessary and no referral is required.
