Taysha Payne's kick left that victim with a broken nose, the attack coming as she also punched the woman's companion to the head.
She then punched, and kicked, the second woman again.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The victims, with a friend, had been walking to Soden's hotel in David Street when Payne, with a group of young men, walked past them on October 3 about 10.30pm.
The Springdale Heights teenager, who has been placed on a 12-month community corrections order, remarked: "You girls were yelling at me."
"I think you've got the wrong people," one replied.
"I mean," Albury Local Court magistrate Richard Funston said, "who does Ms Payne think she is ... randomly beating up people?
"It's absolutely filthy behaviour."
About 11.40 that night, the third victim was standing on the corner of Dean and Olive streets when she saw Payne's group.
One of the men stopped and told her about Payne assaulting her two friends, who she had parted company with before that attack.
The group approached and Payne began talking to her before repeatedly punching the woman, even after they fell to the ground.
The assault stopped only when one of the men pulled Payne away.
Defence lawyer Tim Hemsley said Payne advised the victims previously had made "unfortunate comments" about "body shaming".
"No," Mr Funston said.
"She's got an anger management issue.
"It's not to do with body shaming; I'm not going to accept that."
Prosecutor Sergeant Andrew Pike said Payne committed "a random act of violence"
"If it is a male (involved as the offender) there's a possibility that someone could be hit and killed."
Mr Funston told Payne she avoided jail "because you're young" and due to her guilty pleas to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and two assault charges.
