Man guilty of child sex abuse, facing sentence in the District Court
A Tocumwal man is facing sentence in the District Court in Albury on several sexual assault charges involving a child.

The man, who remains in custody, bail refused, has pleaded guilty to three domestic violence-related charges, including sexual intercourse with a person under 16, with nine other charges before Albury Local Court now withdrawn.
The case against the man, who cannot be identified, will be mentioned in the District Court on July 30, when a sentencing date will be set.
