A: I'm like the Leyland Brothers and have been everywhere man. A bit in the midfield, then a back-flank and I have been spending a bit more time in attack lately.
Q: Coach Matt Sharp has been good for your development in that regard?
A: 'Sharpie' has really got us young blokes up and about and put a lot of faith in us. We don't want to let him down and thrive on the added responsibility.
Q: Another big test this week against Brock-Burrum?
A: The Saints remain a dangerous proposition, especially on their home ground. We won't be taking them lightly that's for sure and I rate them as one of the best sides in the league.
Q: Luke Gestier missed last week, do you expect him to play this week?
A: Luke had a bit of a niggle at training last week and is no spring chicken anymore. With the conditions expected to be ordinary on the weekend and being a forward, I wouldn't be surprised if he gave this one a miss as well.
Q: Who do you regard as your lippiest team-mate?
A: If you asked my team-mates that, most of them would say me. And it's hard to argue to be honest because I find myself having a bit to say out on the ground most weekends.
FIXTURE
ROUND 13
SATURDAY, JULY 17
Brock-Burrum v Holbrook
Culcairn v Murray Magpies
Henty v CDHBU
Lockhart v Jindera
Billabong Crows v Howlong
RWW Giants v Osborne
MATCH OF THE ROUND: Brock-Burrum v Holbrook
Holbrook will start a short-priced favourite to make it 12 wins from 13 matches with the news that Brock-Burrum big man Matt Seiter will be sidelined with broken ribs for at least the next month. The Azzi medalist is the most dominant player in the competition when in full-flight and the Saints lack an obvious back-up ruckman to shoulder the ruck duties. Expect the Brookers to score a comfortable win.
Verdict: Holbrook 36 points
