
A man has failed in a bid to be released from jail to live in Albury over an incident where he terrorised his mother in a Tocumwal store.
Andrew Charles McDougall went into the shop where she worked on May 31, in so doing breaching an apprehended violence order, and began screaming, yelling and swearing at her.
IN OTHER NEWS:
McDougall, 43, pleaded guilty in Albury Local Court to the breach, to destroy or damage property and to intimidation.
He was sentenced to 12 months' jail.
