Plans to add 30 new properties at Hume Retirement Resort
Albury councillors will vote on plans to expand the Hume Country Retirement Resort on Monday night.
Developers want to add 30 new sites for homes at the Logan Road estate at a cost of nearly $1 million.

The proposal received 17 submissions, mainly from residents at the site concerned about visitor and caravan parking, drainage and pedestrian access.
Council staff recommend the proposal on the former golf course land, valued at $995,500, be approved by councillors with various conditions.
