Bright Brewery had planned to run the annual festival from July 16-18 before Victoria announced a snap lockdown.
"We've been committed to running this festival as soon as we can to support the vendors, artists, brewers and customers," it said.
Tickets for the original festival are still valid and those who need a refund can contact the brewery.
No extra tickets have been released yet but there is a waitlist should the situation change.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Already rescheduled twice, the music festival will now run at Tocumwal on September 24 and 25.
It will feature live music, entertainers, food trucks and workshops as well as the inaugural Riverina Lantern Parade.
The family-friendly program is free or by donation.
