More child abuse image allegations have been made against a Riverina man and woman who have now been in jail bail refused for more than a year.
This was revealed when Albury Local Court was updated this week on progress in the prosecution of the Finley residents.
Director of Public Prosecutions representative Mary-Beth McFarlane told magistrate Richard Funston that charge certification had been completed.

But since then, she said, the Australian Federal Police had advised her office that "further charges have been laid".
This had now delayed progress in the cases against the woman and man, though it was likely both were not far off being committed to the District Court in Albury, either for trial or sentence.
Ms McFarlane said, on the mention of the man's case, that police had advised the scope of the investigation had widened.
"This is a case where further charges were laid regarding additional (alleged) victims post-charge certification," she said.
The woman faces 39 charges in total, though five are expected to be withdrawn including one of bestiality.
The man faces a similar number of charges.
Neither faced court.
The charges laid so far include multiple counts of solicit material using a carriage service, possess child abuse material obtained or accessed through a carriage service and sexual act for production of child abuse material with a child under 16.
A second man was arrested and charged at the same time as the couple, who will have their matters back before court on September 28.
