A: It's right up there. I've been telling coach's for years that I'm a natural forward and that was just a glimpse of what I'm capable of if I was playing in attack.
Q: Culcairn supporters have got long memories?
A: I was expecting a few slaps on the back and a few free beers for my effort after the game. But all the supporters instead wanted to remind me of the goal I missed in 2007 against Osborne that would have got us into the grand final.
Q: You never looked like missing the set shot?
A: I don't know exactly why but I was confident of converting. The ground is a bit of a bog hole at the moment but the patch where I kicked from was all grass. I hit it sweet and it never looked like missing.
Q: You were fuming your good mate 'Adsey' Prior wasn't playing due to the Victorian lockdown?
A: Unfortunately 'Adsey' was sitting at home on the couch but I let him know if he wanted any goalkicking lessons that I'm only a phone call away.
Q: You are likely to call it quits at the end of the season?
A: My body is telling me that it has had enough. I felt fine early in the season on the good grounds but since they have got heavier it takes a toll on the body.
FIXTURE

ROUND 17
CDHBU v RWW Giants
Culcairn v Brock-Burrum
Henty v Billabong Crows
Jindera v Osborne
Lockhart v Howlong
Murray Magpies v Holbrook
MATCH OF THE ROUND: CDHBU v RWW Giants
Both sides are certainties to play finals and appear to have a strong chance of crossing paths during September and will be looking for a psychological edge on the weekend. The Power will welcome back at least half-a-dozen players who missed last week due to the Victorian lockdown including co-coaches John Pratt and Mick Collins. The Giants scored a comfortable win last time they met and should prove too strong again despite playing away.
Prediction: RWW Giants 11 points
